Whats the diff. between a Scorpio Rising and Scorpio sun?

For the attractive part of your question I would need to know ur rising to compare. . . and I don’t think you could say that one is better. However it depends to who is observing you for the Scorpio traits to e more pronounced,, to people who don’t know you as well it could be your sun (outer personality) and to people that do it could be your rising (inner personality)
