Why do my HP all in one PSC printing all my doents extremely light. even with new cartridges?

Not sure but I have a HP all in 1 as well and can relate. Its a piece of crap, I bought new cartridges for it and the thing still doesn't work. This is my last HP printer. Never works when I need it...
