HELP PLZ My bird hit ceiling fan WHAT DO I DO?

I turned on the ceiling fan and he (pepe a small love bird) knows to stay away. I left the room and heard a big bang. Pepe was on the floor some of his feathers came off he was on his belly twitching a little. I let him relax a bit and he was able to get up and walk but he seems very week... What should I do?
