What is language? and why do i get this urge to always try to learn another language?

Besides the slurring part this has happened to me ... I began speaking differently it's just part of learning a different language and we aren't made to retain a bazillion things so it's Kindve hard for your brain to remember English and say Chinese , korean and Spanish . Things just vet jumbled and you become confused
