Can they give me my Hepatitis A booster shot in Santo Domingo?

i will need the second part of my Hepatitis A shot soon and I am worried if i cant get it there in Santo Domingo because i will have to leave before I can get it here in the US. I do not fully speak spanish so it is hard for me to find a place or doctor that can do this in Santo Domingo. Also i dont know if it will be a problem to get treatment there with me being a US citizen.
