Helo my boyfriend broke up with me bcuz i am insanely jealous and insecure and throw fits when he looks at owo?

and ii woudnt let him go to clubs with his frnds...weve been together l111 months and he broke with me before for the same reason i last talked to him 3 days ago cuz he said he didnt want to be in a relationship with me and he ***** handle my issues and he didnt want to meet up with me cuz he wud fall for me and get back to together when he saw me i love him so much....i said im willing to lose 10 ppunds to get rid of my insecurity and see counseling and i asked if there was a chance we cud get bak together he said probably cuz he didnt believe me....its been 3 days since he called me or i called him....what sud i do bcuz i l,love him so much i want to change and i love him.....btw he still has alot of pictures on his facebook profile of us kissing and hugging with hearts ...cud this mean hes waitingfor me to chaNGE?
