Do you muslims obey the last message from him?

I really want to. And i don't want to sound like I'm making excuses. But recently, after I got married I moved to a small town with my husband. I don't know anybody here except a few people with whome I do not want to ociate myself for my own reasons. It's always easier for me to have someone who is interested in having conversations about Islam, to urge one another to perform Salaat, and have a friend who is a reminder of what life really should be like. I once had a friend like that, and it really helped me stay on top of things. But lately, there's nobody to give me that kind of support and unfortunately I'm lagging behind in many things. What can i do to get back on track even if there's no one to talk to? My husband is not very religious, and I try to speak to him about these things but he's always so busy at work he doesn't seem to show much interest by the end of the day... would it not be a good idea for us to visit the masjid at least on his day off so he can meet people there while i can also make good Muslim friends and have someone to talk to whenever I feel like i'm lagging behind again...? What do you do to help you stay on track?
