Ok i am getting close to finishing up my prerequisites for the Nursing program and would like case expunged?

OK i got in trouble a year ago for grand theft (shoplifting) anyway this is my first attempt i never got in trouble before until now... that is the only thing on my case and my criminal history but the LVN program said i have to get my case dismiss because i'll be denied. i got 3 years of informal probation and i would like to move and i paid off all my restitution already accept for the target fine will i be able to get my case expunged or will they let me get off of probation because i want to move to another city for the LVN program i live in California. someone help me will i ever even be accepted to get my certificate in License Nursing?
