How would you do a hypothetical for ual ault?

Im doing a PowerPoint for ual ault, and basically describe the crime, what it is defined in the Texas Penal Code. What is the range of punishment for the actor, by years in prison & fine. And finally doing a hypothetical for my cl to reflect on. But I don't know where to start?? Any help.
