Wanting to identify this tree/weed in my garden in Melbourne?

it grows quite long, but bends and falls over. Has medium/darkish green extremely waxy leaves that are paler underneath and it doesn't have any flowers on it that I can see. What plant is it? My mum says it's a weed but I'm not sure. There are a few of them with pretty thick trunks but they can't stand up and look really messy
