Guys in there 20's mature?

am i just finding the wrong guys, or is it really hard to find mature men in there 20's. im a mature 20 and find that even men in there LATE twenties are hard to connect with on an emotional level. i find it WAY easier to bond and feel emotionally attracted to men twice my age. i have no interest in parties or drinking, im not concerned with being 'cool', i like talking about important issues, people, oddities in life. it's important to me that men take their lives seriously, plan for the future, are comfortable with themselves and are ready to be open to the idea that it can be rewarding to be responsible for other people then yourself. i find most guys in their twenties are still focused on their image and youth, not in touch with their emotions, and still focused on their individuality and freedom and afraid of being 'trapped' by women where older men seem more aware of how to appreciate a good woman when they find one. i really want to find a more serious guy, im not necessarily looking for marriage, but i want marriage material. i don't want to waste time with someone i don't feel i can grow with. is what im describing simply not characteristic of a male in their 20's.
