So I like unusual names and my partner likes 'boring' names?

so we've been having a lot of trouble coming up with names, especially boys names, with our son it was easy, we decided very early what his name was and we still love it, now however we can't agree, he likes names like John, Matthew and Scott, whereas I like names like Mistral, Mica and Demetri, so we hardly ever agree on names, what are some names that aren't to scarily uncommon but not ordinary?
