Any suggestions on how to help a really, really runny nose without medication?

I am going to the allergist for the first time a week from today. I had to stop taking my allergy meds because it will react with the test. I don't think I can handle this runny nose though. It is not a normal runny nose. I have to blow it about every 2 minutes, no exaggeration, and if I don't clear water-like snot comes dripping out of it. I know it is allergies. I was just curious if anyone knew any home remedies that might help me now and not affect my test in a week.
