Christian question Please answer...?

God created Jesus on earth and when Jesus died for our sins they became one. I think an eye for an eye means, where there is an action there is a reaction, therefore I leave the punishment for wrong doing to the courts or god. Some religions follow the old testament and others follow the new testament.
