What's a good diuretic?
You should see the doc to make sure it's not something serious, but I would guess it's not. I had the same problem before I lost a lot of weight. The doc gave me a prescription for hydrochlorothiazide. The generic is real cheap. You have to be careful with it though. If you don't want the prescription route, you can try green tea, or maybe regular tea (I don't know about regular tea because I don't like it), tea is supposed to be a natual diuretic. As long as there is nothing medically wrong with you, be patient, mine got a lot better after losing weight. One doc also suggested wearing support hose, they use pressure to "squeeze" the fluid out of your legs and into your circulation where it can leave your body. But she said not to use the knee highs, because it can cause more problems. She said to get thigh highs. But it is now June, and depending on where you live and how hot it is, that may be intolerable at this time.
