Polygraph:Duplicate tests-Double jeopardy?

The fifth amendment guarantees the accused can not be at risk of life and limb twice on the same charge. A polygraph does not constitute risk of life and limb because failing a polygraph is inconclusive . Jeopardy attaches if you went to trial and the charges was dismissed by a motion from your attorney for a summary judgment due to lack of evidence or found not guilty by a jury.
