Military wives, do you ever wish you could take your husband's place for a day?

Haha, I don't think it's just the military. I think a lot of wives feel the way you (and I) do. We feel that we could take better care of a "situation" if we were in our husbands' shoes. Believe me I feel the same way, I have a worse temper than my husband. However, that's just it. It is not "our" situation to fix. It is our husbands. Also remember that this is the military and they are men. They may not want to make the situation worse because it may/can lead to only one thing and that's a physical altercation. And since your husband is higher ranking than the rest of his platoon, he may be trying to set an example by not letting them see that they get under his skin. But you're right, he has to show them that he's in control. I understand though.
