I have this guy who seems to "really like me," but he lies all the time, how do i handle this?

This guy who i dont like, maybe as a friend, says he "loves me." okay, hello, he's 13. no. no "love" connettion there.. But he LIES omg alll the time and it's really annoying. and it's about the stupidest things.!!! he tells me lies to my face. his eyes are clearly brown, and im talking to him in person and he askes me, "how blue are my eyes?" i said, "uhh not at all! they are brown :)" and hes like, "no, look harder, they are a blue." WTF?! ok well noooooo he randomly lies, all.the.time. he even lied to me and told me he was dating some girl! i asked the girl, cuz i know how much he lies, and i asked her if they where dating. guess what? SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HIM. BARELY. soo.. i told him this but still he insisted he IS dating her. idk does he have some mental problem where he likes to believe his own lies? or just does he lie lie lie all the time?! i dont get it..
